Just re-iterating what fail said. Raja isn't very hard, even for a solo tri-boxer. Hardest part is keeping your positioning right so your mages don't get hit by that AoE SJ removal thing. 11% MDT + Shell V is more than enough to keep you @ healthy HP on MNK after a -ga. Can just counterstance tank it mnk/war and use DD atma. Fight probably takes ~6-9 minutes depending on Amnesia spam.

As for Discoid Chariot, I don't know how you can realli do that without multiple people or a NIN tank. Discoid strength seems related to damage it's taken since last Discoid or HP%, I can't realli tell, so there might be some gimmick to making it survivable... but realli it's a lot easier with a NIN (Not to mention it's an excellent way to proc !! to secure your KI). (Other option is swapping a mule to SMN and PD/zerg it down with another melee or two)

If you're trolling, you're doing a realli good job of it. My head nearly blewed up.

That discussion was based on mechanics that were changed at some point between discovery and discussion. There's no cap on total slow effect (slow + elegy) you can have on a mob, so even with Sabo you'll always benefit from additional potency, however minor the gain may be.

Just echoing what was previously said, Raja was rather easy.

Killed me near the start with a spell>ws combo before I got into the rhythm of the fight, kited for 5min then it was easy. Just precure when you see the spells so it goes off right after it lands, and it's cake.

The general consensus is that while 5/5 is better then 1/5, those other 4 points are more useful elsewhere. So between 1/5 and 3/5 and use the other merits elsewhere.

Unless you need/want Bio 3 merits 4/5 for solo situations - I don't have this, I don't use my rdm that way, I actually have 3/5 slow 5/5 para, 2/5 dia personally.

Bio 3 is useless. Don't use RDM alot anymore since I leveled WHM but merits I'd say at least 4/5 or 5/5 in Paralyze 2 then at least 1/5 in Slow2, more depending on what else you merit. I chose Phalanx 2 for merits but either that or some points in Dia3 are acceptable. If you merit Blind2 you should just get shot in the face.

I thought the most recent update had a "fix" of sabo breaking certain spell caps. I assumed that was a slow II nerf breaking the 100 cap, did I assume incorrectly?

Thought I took a SS but I didn't, I procced it on Garuda T2 VNM in Grauberg 1-2 weeks ago. Wiki was edited and they replaced Seedspray with Bad Breath so I set my spells by that, switched it with Seedspray and proc. But it most definitely procs. If your loser BLU friends needs proof of something like that, ask him to provide SS proof himself of all BLU procs otherwise he's useless and shouldn't come.
