Not quite. Numbers are wrong, conclusion is correct (but only insofar as raw attack speed; doesn't account for TP gain). 90 Dnc has DW4, which is 30% delay reduction (and DW3 is 25%, not 20%).

Imps, Tonberry, and Slugs are your best bet. Highlands is lame for cleaving because of the distance between mobs.

I'm currently aiming for a DRG build of around 550~ attack, 8% double attack, 5-hit, and 22% haste in TP build.

The build would be as follows:

grip: rose strap
ammo: thew bomblet
head: brisk mask
neck: chivalrous chain
ear1: brutal earring
ear2: aesir ear pendant
body: lancer's plackart +2
hand: timarli dastanas
ring1: rajas ring
ring2: hoard ring
back: atheling mantle
waist: goading belt
pants: ace's hose
feet: ace's sabatons

Is this high/low/good/bad? What should I improve?

depends on nm, with LL killing other lizards makes LL spawn later kiling just ph Ive seen LLs pop at 30mins each; I tried this for awhile since I camped the boots for a few weeks.

Now whether it applies to other random lotteries I couldnt say

No, you get Jinpu@49 and Koki@55. You'll be able to sub Jinpu at 99, but never Koki. That's /SAM too, I doubt /NIN gets anywhere close.

Great Katana has the highest level red stagger WS iirc

Though I guess if you wore the hachimaki, justice torque, and had at least 7 gkt merits!

Merits, gk skill gear, etc. You can get +33 GK skill for all jobs currently (possibly more by 99), which is more than enough to get jinpu with /nin at 90. At 99, /nin will be 3 points short of koki, unless they add more GK skill gear, in which case you could get it. Either way, koki would be possible with /sam.

Damage with Farsha has been posted in the empyrean thread, it's not looking much (if at all) better than primal rend (unless it's giving you ODD of course.)

100 TP:
4.0 30%chr vs 3.75 40%STR 40%MND

300tp:
4.75 30%CHR vs 6.0 40%STR 40%MND

Even at 100 tp WSC from Cloudsplitter shits all over Primal rend.

Thats probably best set for Cloudsplitter for BST http://www.ffxiah.com/item-sets/109491 STR+67 MND+55
Switching some equip for PRend would be CHR+54

Idk BST stats at 90 but lets say base would be STR 85 MND 70 and CHR 90

So with food,cruor we have WSC:
Cloud ~123
Prend ~47
