Isn't it weird how the news controls so much of our lives? Think about it. People on major, 24 hour news channels, have so much swing into how the market reacts its crazy. Think about that mad money guy from CNBC or what ever. He padded his pockets while fucking everyone else over, didn't he?

Not only that, but our markets rely so much on consumer confidence. These people just tell us to be afraid any chance they get.

I wonder why America buys into fear so much. Bill O'reilly and Glen Beck, etc basically tell everyone that the world is ending, and everyone eats that shit up. I wonder what it is in our culture that makes people like that. It has to be from something. Maybe its because of Christianity and we want the world to end. It's like we're obsessed with all the bad things and none of the good. I wonder who benefits from keeping us scared. Why is it that all the things that like to keep us happy are illegal?

Speaking of television, what do shows like Cops say about our society? Maybe we're just trying to convince ourselves that we're better than those people on TV.

Speaking of that, what the fuck is wrong with America? Why did it take us so long just to see that just because someone's skin color is different that they're people? I hate how redneck America is. We're like that shit from Idiocracy.

Maybe I'm just bitching. I'd like to think that our government is here for our rights but that idea is clearly not the case. America is all about money. The rich will keep selling the poors rights away because they know we wont do shit about it. Long as they keep us stupid and fed they'll enjoy the excesses in life while actual Americans are increasingly become unemployed and struggling just to live day to day.

I wonder what it'll take for America to actually be pissed off in any way for shit to actually change..

I wonder why trolls always try to be negative. I troll a lot in real life but I do it sorta different than you do. Try to be really positive all the time. When someone complains about a teacher not letting them turn in a test late or something, be that guy thats like "Well, you know, you knew about the project 15 weeks ago. You had a lot of time to plan around that week. Life happens, but I mean, you knew it was coming" and watch how hard you troll people.

You're probably right though. I don't know exactly what it is to be 'normal.'
