    He will, but he would be a reach at #1 though since he has no experience in a pro-style offense. Best case scenario for the Panthers is someone has a serious hard-on for Fairley or Bowers and wants to trade up.

    I honestly don't know what kind of talent is available in this years draft, but our shitty Offensive line and Secondary need major help, and we really don't need a $15 million backup QB.

    Seriously though. Unless he knows something we don't, there won't be a new CBA by the draft. He'll get signed to a Bradford-style contract if he comes out this year.

    There will be a new CBA by next year's draft, and he's going to be looking at 5 years $25M tops - maybe 10M guaranteed.

    What a fucking retard. He's losing 40 million or so by doing this, period.
