The guy asked for a 'simple' answer without a wall of math. I assumed by simple he meant, figure you're capped attack, fstr, and accuracy.
If you're not fstr capped, crudelis usually pulls ahead.
If you are, ele belt usually pulls ahead.
The difference is SO small, I honestly don't think it's worth making two different macros for the situation at this point.
Although I did forget one thing. Due to rounding, depending on the rest of your AGI value, Crudelis may give you 2 or 3 wsc. If you're at the point where it's the latter, Crudelis is the safer bet unless you want the acc/ctp. So I stand corrected -- kinda.
Again the difference is small. We're talking single to low double digits in a 'normal' Abyssea setting.
Incidentally, with the numbers you gave (243agi @5.1 vs 238agi @5.2 with GH/RR/Apoc) assuming att/fstr/acc cap, you've literally got -- down to the nearest integar -- the exact same expected damage from both setups once you weight the odds of TA/DA'ing.
By the way, minor thing, 21%DA for WS, not 20%. Unless you're ws'ing in something funky.
