God I fucking hate Carlos Mencia. I thought he was the latino Dave Chappelle until I found out he was actually Honduran (and not Mexican) and stole other comedians' jokes and basically turned them into Mexico versions. Where's that different comedians telling the same joke GIF?

I'm confused, Honduran isn't latino to you? Only Mexican? or did you mean you thought he was mexican cause he made mexican versions jokes? Would it make more sense he made Honduran jokes whereas almost nobody would get since Honduras is like non-existant to US (or even outside of its neighboring countries) media? Not saying anything about the quality of his jokes nor do I care, but those bits caught my attention.
