No. Noah put animals on the ark according to their kind, not species.

So we had 39284238450392859022 mutations in 342348328432840392 species in 4000years? Nice.

When I first heard about the bird & fish kills in Arkansas I figured, like everyone else did, that it was a localized thing related to weather or maybe pollution in that area. But now we're seeing this kind of thing all over the place, across many different species of birds, fish, shellfish (bees are dying off too, but that's been happening for a while now and has just escalated worldwide).. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it. It's not staying within any one species, genus or even family of animals. It doesn't seem to be affecting purely land-bound species yet, but that could change. There's only two factors that can affect the world on this large a scale that might be causing this.

The first is the changing global climate - different weather patterns and degrees of storm severity are caused by changes in how much moisture is in the air (higher temps = more moisture in the air = more & stronger storms year round), and how it's being moved throughout the world, which is why the idea of severe storms causing all this is possible. We've seen the impact of this in the severe winter storms that have buried the US East Coast and Midwest over the past two years, the flooding last year in New England and Pakistan, which is now happening in California and Australia.

The second is something that very few people have even thought to mention - this is the beginning of the environmental impact caused by the BP oil spill. As all that crude oil, gas and the dispersants used to treat it are spread through ocean currents, evaporated into the air, spread through the atmosphere and storms to land, and absorbed cumulatively into the food chain, there will be an impact affecting all life on the planet. It's just a matter of how quickly it happens, and with all the increased turbulence caused by shifting weather patterns it wouldn't surprise me to see it happening sooner than anyone thought.

I bet when varja originally posted this he was serious but he didn't get the reaction he wanted so now he's attempting to troll.

Whats funny is he doesn't realize that the mods here don't like him and he is giving them justification for a perma ban.
