Hmmmm, could be why SE decided to call it that. I don't remember it ever being mentioned ingame though :/ (maybe in the datalog somewhere)

FFXIII-2 install size is just 14gig compared to the 40 gig from XIII. some indications how XIII-2 is smaller (or just compressed)

Think I counted a total of 4 CGI cutscenes, that includes the original ending scene from XIII. Also re-using areas for different timezones with slighty altered surroundings. So yeah, saved lots of space.
