It seems pretty rushed to be releasing it so soon considering that FFXIII, as enjoyable as it was, completely missed the minigames/extras that made an FF game so magical. Perhaps they'll have Titan as an actual fightable boss this time. Yeah...

As someone said they might be using the left-over content from XIII so it gives them a head start, plus of course having the engine and lot of other stuff already available.

After reading that epilogue I cant wait for ff13-2. If it says there's possibility of carrying over your save that means I have to restart again. My lil girl saved over my game after I got that rock on those turtle I forget what they were called.

You'll probably just get an alternate outfit or mediocre starting weapon or something. Maybe even a trophy if they're feeling smarmy.

Exemple ffvi yes it was linear but you could do other shit like venturing around in the airship and it's not that far in the game. Ffix you have side games, side stories etc

First Real Final Fantasy XIII-2 Screens!

Stop staring at that single pic of Lightning surrounded by feathers. Real screenshots of Final Fantasy XIII-2 have popped up just ahead of the start of E3, giving us a first look at actual gameplay.

XIII-2 will be one of Square Enix's main games at E3, so we should be getting a lot more shortly.

Notice that in the second picture Serah is the party leader but the camera focuses on Noel while she's nowhere to be seen. This probably means that we can control the whole party this time.

Following the neogaf thread is hilarious. No other fanbase is as polarized as this one.

That said, can't wait for this. Hopefully the first half of the game will consist of the adventures of Vanille, Serah and Hope.
