There's another track that fits racing in both name and tone. There's a sidequest involving a crazy Red Chocobo in the game and if it's anything like FFXII's it could be a boss battle with that track playing.

That chocobo track is hilarious - it's like what would happen if the Black Mages, various dodgy metal bands and an NES era FF got eaten by a chocobo, passed through its digestive track and came out the other end. It's brilliant in a total "what the fuck" way.
