Some people can drive reasonably well while high - I'm not one of them. I've probably run 4 red lights in my life - 3 of them were while high. I've driven high maybe 15 times in my life. I just space out for 30 seconds at a time.

The French agree with you, but their study is based upon fatal crash statistics, and they have no controls set up for their data, so I disregard their assertions as garbage.

I drive exactly the same stoned as I do sober. I speed a little, but I'm just more cautious about every little thing I see. I smoke every night and drive ~10 miles home stoned every night. I also live out in the middle of the woods.

As for your[aurik's] comparison to some people sight reading complicated piano *sheet music. I can sight read piano music, and I drive fine while I'm high. Actually, I drive more cautiously while high. Mainly out of paranoia because I live in a no tolerance state (fuck you Indiana...)
