I briefly mentioned heroic dungeons because of my painful experiences in them. Dungeons are supposed to be the easiest part of the game, you do them for starter gear or you do a daily random for valor points to buy epics slowly over time. The fact that you can easily spend 3+ hours in one dungeon wiping over and over for a chance at a shitty blue piece of gear kind of speaks for itself.
