also roy, I have if anything been lenient. the "derogatory terms" infraction lasts for a week, and I only gave you a warning infraction for it. granted part of that is because I think a week is overkill unless you are being a total asshole about the slurs, but if I truly was as biased as you claim you would have been gone for a week, so chill out.
