Your cleaning removal is probably not up to date to that specific virus/malware. What you can do is check the list of processes and try to figure out which is the culprit. Google is your friend and look up the suspicious ones and remove it.

Turns out I had the TLD3 (?) rootkit, Alureon I think it was called.
Hitman had pointed to it but didn't give me the option to remove.
A little googling led me to a small program Kaspersky put out.
Downloaded it, ran it, rebooted, and for some reason, neither IE nor FF would load anything.
Ran Malware Bytes, SuperAntiSpyware, and ComboFix (CF wouldn't work before I had ran the kasp program), rebooted and everything seems to work fine, no redirect and hotmail isn't constantly loading something. I guess I should add I uninstalled a bunch of stuff (games and antimalware stuff, just to see if it was interfering with anything) after running CF.
