I kind of see that as "build hype any way we can, because we know the faithful longtime fans wont like the game 10 minutes after playing it".

This is the same for nearly every preordered Japanese title. So many retailers there are willing to pay to offer exclusive content. When it comes to elsewhere, there will be Gamestop, Amazon, Best Buy, and SE store exclusives and the rest will be paid dlc.

They actually mention this while showing off the video. Seems like they would localize it if the car skin heads west.
