I wouldn't be surprised if PS Neo is more or less needed for this game m to run at even 30 fps most of the time. I don't believe the delay and there is nothing 2 months can fix aside minor glitches and stuff. You aren't changing major gameplay flaws in a 2 month period unless XV is planning to be the next XIV 1.0. But if that was the case they would of dropped this game and the amount of promotion behind it wouldn't be so huge

It's possible, but looking less and less likely. I think the xbone scorpio caused them to slow down and reevaluate their strategy.

And it's not like it hasn't been announced for a while and officially confirmed to exist, it just hasn't been revealed yet. Same deal as the NX.

edit: I have no intentions to get either new consoles unless they start making exclusives which both companies said won't be happening but promises are meant to be broken especially by businesses. I don't plan to get new consoles for another 5~7 years which in that time they will probably have even newer consoles.

I worked for that company for almost a decade; there were plenty of window lickers. I was always amazed at some of the ham-fisted ways people would put up marketing materials.
