I'm missing Survival and Photography mine, have been for days now but too lazy to finish them and don't really wanna play the game anymore. Fishing is actually pretty quick to get to 10 imo, it was my first lv10 skill. I honestly feel I will get survival to 10 before I finish photography, both of which are halfway from 10, but you can at least rubberband survival.

tbh those are the easiest too

Photography, give Prompto Snapshot skill, and use it alot in battle

Fishing was actually my last skill to 10 and I thought I fished a lot. I believe you can increase the rate at which you learn these skills when you cook that persons favorite food at camp, though it may just be for battle techs.

How do you still need photo? Mine maxed out automatically while the others were in the 4-6 range.

Ive actually started only saving the pictures where Prompto mucks it up, like taking a selfie with a rock or shooting an image of a creature behind a bunch of trees.

Main reason my photography was so low was because I didn't sleep/camp much since I would store exp till I hit a decent amount and then use the 2x exp hotel. I thought I'd still hit lv10 photography even with low amounts of sleeping/camping but I was wrong.

I'll probably try to go for the hardest fish in the game today, the Pink Vesper Gar and see just how much harder it is over the siege of the lake.

For the photography one just get the 1 tech skill that has prompto take pics and spam the living hell out of it.

Little late, but there is a lure you get from one of those campsite quest things that seems to target anything and everything. I got it from camping at the campsite in Vesperpool I think? You also can't ever lose it if the line snaps. It is called Blade of Bahamut. The fish you need to catch for it can be quite the fight though lol. It has a ridiculous amount of stamina/hp.

Pretty sure that lure is also used in the final Fishing quest for the best Fishing rod.

You can manually control the snapshot in battle thing? I just assume he auto did it here and there, I avoided it cause I thought it was a auto thing. Blaze of Bahamut is like the pre order Lure, you never lose it. You don't need it to get the best fishing rod. Liege of the Lake is one the hardest fish, but the Pink Vespar is even harder to catch AFAIK. You need to do Colosseum/Arena for the lure to catch the hardest fish, and also need to do it for the best reel as well. Thankfully you don't need a lot of coins for both.

after watching that i have a better appreciation for the game. I just have my own issues with the quality of the game which is keeping me from liking it. Also seems like the same story of Nier lol, with the black sickness caused by the intoner you kill in drakengard ending E (?).
