Yeah I ran into him while my wife was watching. She laughed as all my guys got destroyed and I had Noct run away.
Also run into the boss of Belouve at level 15 or something without knowing he was level 50 and had to promptly run away.

Lol I was fighting the Imps and didn't notice the dark figure in the back... as he walked closer I saw his eyes and outline. I thought to myself, what is that, since I hadn't seen any Ronin up until that point. He took out his blade and sliced me off the platform, I died from the hit and the fall. Used a phoenix down at the bottom and killed the imps.
On Chapter 8 just waiting to board the boat. Been trying to do all the Quests/Hunts available to me prior to boarding, think I'm almost a level 7 hunter(just did the Zu hunt) and am like level 55 or somewhere around there with 100k exp saved up. Think I might just finish off some quests, do Costlemark then continue on with the story.
Brother finally 100%'d the game (as far as I can tell).
Incredibly minor but possible spoilers
Spoiler: show
Overall incredibly positive feelings on the game. Was incredibly fun
I know it is silly since they are meaningless, but I still feel very bizarre about completing all of the optional stuff and getting 0 trophies for most of it lol.
Idk since there were no trophies growing up, to me the satisfaction you might get from a trophy was beating a really hard boss, ruby weapon and the like or getting a rare weapon like Ultima blade.
Oh, I know that. I've definitely been playing games longer without achievements of any kind than with, it's just such a weird thing now after accomplishing things and not seeing anything after.
Silly millennials needing a ribbon and medal for every little thing they do even if they don't succeed.

I'm weighing just going through the story now that I'm level 53. I just bought my PS4 a few weeks ago so I have some other games I should get to. I've only played 2-3 hours of Last of Us.
It's doable. I was 50-55 when I beat the game.
Feels like everybody is breezing through the game. Should I not bother keeping my pt members alive? Prompto and Ignis are just terrible at staying alive so all my potions and phoenix downs are going to them regularly.
Maybe level up through the sidequests and Hunts more? I don't think I've used more than 8 Phoenix Downs total and 6 of those were when I was taking on Formouth Garrison 10-15 levels before I probably should have and they were all on the final two bosses.
No other armor, just the accessories. You should get them some Vitality and HP accessories if you're having that much trouble staying alive I guess. You can buy additional accessory slots too in the Ascension grid. I have two slots on each of my guys. Everyone has either HP or Vitality I think plus another accessory. My Prompto has a Magitek Shield that gives him 1000HP and 45? Vitality that I got from Formouth. Now he's got more HP than Iggy and similar defense to my Noct.
