Unfortunately the final leg of the game forces you to change your costume and locks you from changing it. I was greatly disappointed with the three amigo couldn't be the savior of Eos.

Is there a list of unique drops/things I need to carry to my main game so I can focus on them only?

Get 50 medals and obtain the ticket to the motel to watch the firework show, you'll get a dream egg. We don't know what it's for but it couldn't hurt to have it.

Fishing is probably the best way to get medals if you don't want to be bothered doing quests, that's all they give as far as I know.

There is a car decal - 30 medals, a fishing rod that isn't even that good and is a total rng bullshit fest to obtain from fishing, some lures that I don't think have any special use again obtained via rng in fishing. I don't think there is anything else I could be wrong I haven't really given it much time.

It doesn't appear to. I forgot there are trophies key items you can obtain for clearing the chocobo races under a certain time limit. I thin under 50s for the first track and under 1min 15s for the second track.

edit: My feelings may or may not be influenced by the fact I've not truly played an offline game since I started playing MMORPGs
edit2: if I had my bros with me and the banters, I think my feelings would be different. Part of the charm of the game was the interaction between the 4. To suddenly dump me in a solo event was a bit jarring. From the trailers at least we'd see Gladios interact with Cor and that's something, though to be fair I guess a paid DLC cannot be compared to a free one

Square Enix is currently developing an avatar creation system for Final Fantasy XV‘s multiplayer component. A strange decision for a single-player Final Fantasy game, but yes, it’s happening and will be available sometime in the future.

Speaking with DualShockers, director Hajime Tabata shared the first look at the in-development system and some thoughts on how it’ll make its way into Final Fantasy XV proper.

“Right now, the current stage of development lets you change the character and morph it into another character that looks very different,” said Tabata. “We want to implement it so that you can use them in single player as well, although this is something usually made for multiplayer.”

DualShockers was then shown a video of the current stage of development (pictured below). It’s still early and a lot of features aren’t there but we can see adjustment tools for Height, Face Size and Muscle Definition.

It's definitely a very interesting theory and i can totally get behind it, i'd say i'm more inclined to go with the videos version of Eos's children though since it makes more sense to me considering everything else.

definitely a plausible theory that I could get behind as well. This is Final Fantasy after all, and not a single one of their stories for the past 20 years has ever been simple in the manner that FFXV initially portrays itself to be. There's definitely much more than meets the eye as far as the Six, Eos and the Starscourge are concerned, and I definitely think that the people being the Pitioss theory are on to something. Same with the youtube video - the poster makes quite a few leaps in his reasoning that I don't entirely agree with.. but I'm willing to go along with until evidence proves otherwise.

I suppose the first chance we'll have at that will be Episode Gladiolus and how it turns out.

If true even to some extent, it definitely proves that SE is getting worse at telling story lore. FFXIII was bad enough.
