Demo of XV is coming with the copy of FF Type-0 HD on March 17th

Er, not quite.

What's happening is that you get a printed code for an 'episode' from XV with your Type-0 purchase. They're not packaging a disc MGS2-demo style in with the game and that means that you won't get to play that 'demo' until SE is ready to publish it to PSN/XBL, which could be months and months from Type-0's release.

Guess we'll know for sure on Friday.

I swear to god I hear Tidus' voice actor in that trailer...I guess a lot of japanese actors scream like that.

I'll need to rewatch the older target render but the gameplay doesn't look substantially different. The HUD is much less slick, but that's probably for the best, who needs a translucent set of unlabeled icons everywhere.

It kind of worries me a little that "In Development" is plastered all over it. I'm glad they're acknowledging that this has taken a decade to even be where it is, but I feel it should be further along that they shouldnt have to asterisk everything the show now.

I'm feeling Q2 2016 for this.

I'm holding out hope that the story will be good. I'm not hoping for a FFTactics or XII level attempt, just something with XIII's lore that isnt cut and pasted with band-aids.
