Light (<LIT>+)+: Superior, Light Elemental Attack+: Major, Gain full benefit of Lightsday/light weather bonuses

Specifically the bold part. Is this only good if you have a sch? Or does it mean you get those bonuses all the time as part of the atma?

Any summoners with this atma and a horn to see if it activates carby's -perp cost?

Also why the fuck would a SMN care about Carbuncle's perp cost? Not only is he the cheapest one, but you have an item specifically used to halve his cost AND the only time he's useful is under avatar's favor. And hell, you can just use MM or some other refresh atma to make him free that ALSO benefits other avatars. Christ, if you don't have free Carbuncle under favor at level 90 you need to stop playing SMN.

Simple solution: Limit posting to the random question thread only until you've made 10 posts. That way, you've either proven that you know where to ask questions, or proven that you can read and respond to questions. Either method requires some level of thought. Problem mitigated, though possibly not solved entirely.
