Seriously Shiro, you don't give yourself enough credit. I know you're going through a rough time in grad school, but right now I look up to you because you are entering an extremely similar field that I'm interested in. I can only hope to be in your position in a few years.

I am basically the worst role model you could possibly have for academia in every single way possible except for my realism. Hell, I intend to leave my field after I graduate.
