BG: Bicycle legal

Ok, so my main bicycle is busted. Won't be up and running for at least a couple of days. That being said, I still need to get around. I have another busted bike. Tires are torn to shit and no tubes, either. Since the bike is already fucked up, was planning on just riding it w/ rims only.

I know this has to break some sort of law. Which is it and what are possible punishments? I think I can avoid being detected by police if I take side rodes and neighborhoods. Should only be for a couple days.

I've rode with just one tire, one rim before. I can't imagine it being THAT much different.

out of all the ghetto bikes I've ridden (1 pedal, 1 tire, no seat, barbie bike for a 5 year old, etc.) the slowest one I've ridden is no seat. Spend too much energy standing up and trying to ride at the same time. The other 3 I've been able to ride at a decent speed, lol.

You're probably not breaking any serious laws, cops would give you a ticket if you're riding conspicuously out of control on the sidewalk/streets. The real problem is that any dents in the rims can buckle the entire wheel and you'd wipe out.
