One from OP needs a new tire and tube. Natural wear/tear. Skinny tires, 72 miles ridden on it per week (just school travel, more from other sources), generally have to replace tires at minimum once per year, sometimes twice. Burn the rubber out on them.

lol, was able to put together 1 tire so only had to ride w/ 1 rim. Mountain bike though so tire wouldn't be compatible w/ my road bike. Made it here rim didn't collapse on me, though instead of my usual 30 mins, it took me an hour 15 to get here, lol
