For us Californians, I have to say Costco pizza is the best (only if you pick it up there, not the shit you make at home.) Sadly, they only have 3 different types to choose from, but their cheese pizza is all you could ever want. I've never tried pizza from outside of California, so thats all I know.

If you have to get pizza from some place other than Costco, then its black olives+mushrooms onry. But I know not many people like that combo.
