Pol Issue

So I logged out to change payment method and after it was done I tried logged in and I got this

I filled in the for POL member and after it completed it closes out of POL and when i open it again it starts at the beginning. It just keeps looping after that. Have I been hacked has this happened to somebody else?
Or does this have to do with the POL update that's happening for the 3rd?
(I noticed that after i finished my payment method when i was exiting out of the area the member info wasnt there)

I never log out correctly its just to big of a hassle. I use to get stuff like this a lot. I would open up POL and it would be all jibberish and random character blocks, then when closed and restart would get that or worse. Usually the only thing I would do to fix it is copy the ffxi files to a jump drive, delete and re-install ffxi/pol completely. Usually its just quicker to do all that than find a real solution. Also i think one time it worked with just re-installing pol.

Forgot to reply but yeah a complete unistall / reinstall of POL solved the issue.
