While I'm against government funding for abortions due to it being easily abused in the future... People should take responsibility for failing to properly use contraceptives. Rape victims on the other hand, should be excluded and they should receive whatever help they can get. Unfortunately my conservative outlook on this matter doesn't extend as far as the GOP's.

Doing something from a position of power was considered force last I checked. But, we only spent 1 class on rape in crim law so maybe it isn't for rape.
