For some fucking reason they close the dormitory cafeteria and refer us to one on the main campus. Problem is the roads are icy/snowy as hell so I don't want to drive anywhere and the buses aren't running. All I've had for the entire day is a cinnamon bun and a bag of chips from the vending machine. Tomorrow though, I will venture out onto the roads for real food.

You're at ECC atm? I'm at the butt-ass west end of Hoffman basically at the Elgin border. Can't see more than a few feet outside the window right now, the wind is nuts

Holy god damn hell, the wind is so strong I feel like the windows to my dorm room are going to pop out. Still shocked my college canceled classes, so not Wisconsin.

UWM at least has had at least one cancelled day of classes for the past few years that I've been there. One of those days was a final exam day, but still.

From personal experience, depending on your friends drunk monopoly doesn't really end well when you got guys screaming at each other cause 1 doesn't want to sell a railroad he owns. Shit is hilarious if you're not involved though.
