    Small....claims....court...? D=

    Sorry to shit up spam with an actual question, but i didn't think it'd be worth general discussion.

    So this asshole owes me $863 bucks, I have his signature on paper saying he owed me and would pay after 6 months, its been 8, i've just sent a email explaining that he needs to pay....Sooooooo if he's a bitch would small claims court do anything productive?

    Wondering if its worth my time/money and if anything will ever come of it with the lollegalsystem or if i'm SoL cause i'm a nice guy who gets taken advantage of.
