What does the Magian Spectacles/Moogle's Almanack say for upcoming light weather? I need six kills under light weather before I can start new trial and all I'm getting is 'sunny', which seems to mean 'clear skies'. In sky atm, need elemental kills for Cure potency staff.

Perfect, thank you. Do different areas of the same zone have different weather? Should I be checking multiple locations of Ru'ann Gardens for different weather? Or is prediction for entire zone/entire zone the same?

Best spot for this IMO is Sarutabaruta [s] near the Giddeus zone. There's 5 or so Yagudo summoner's & the elementals have under 1k HP. At 90 a rdm should be able to one-shot them with the trial staff on and it's not uncommon to find other people doing the same series of trials there. You don't get the 5x bonus for weather, but much easier to kill then the sky elementals & more efficient then tracking down weather too.

You can also spam kill Farfadets in Aby-La Theine during Lightsday for elemental kills.

Almost certainly Anwig, even if capped critDMG from other gear/atma. fSTR2 will be capped, so basically putting 4dex vs 2%WS DMG & 2% crit damage. 4dex at 60% raises WSC by 2, so you'd need to be <100 (D + fSTR2 + WSC) for aias to win.

Outside I'd expect Anwig to win as well, 8STR is at best 4 fSTR2, so total gain of ~6 to the (D+fSTR2+WSC). Could be close, depends on your other gear.
