If you had Massacre elegy on (100% slow) and you had 30% haste in gear, would your total slow be 70% slow'd or 74.33%(orwhateverthehelltheroundedequivalenttocapp edgearhastebe)?

I haven't tested Massacre Elegy itself. But slow from enemies always appears to be a separate term, so I think it's safe to say it'll work that way.

What's the order of ranking for thf off hand daggers?
I don't have any of them and would settle for any of them atm, but wanted to know which ones were best

Thinking between, triplus, twilight, rapidus, auric.
I've heard triplus was the best? But how do the others rank up ?

Best Jishnu's setup? are af3 legs better than using Byakko's? I believed it was still good to use a bit of str in the set, since you're already using RR atma?

Best I've found is roughly -30 to -50% at 100tp and upwards of -90% at 300tp. Purely anecdotal. Whole 16k self-darkness chains go wholly ignored or are forgiven after just a few melee hits in reprisal.

Clarification: I don't have it, I'm just so damned interested in it I've dug up as much as I could on it.

50% of a 4k WS is still 2k damage worth of hate. Anything hits cap fast in abyssea anyway.

Smite's properties work with light/frag, and so does Tachi: kaiten. Kaiten works with thunder/breeze/light, its safe to assume that smite works with thunder/breeze and light aswell.
