Friend wants Fastcast > Evas > end in Haste for his spellcast. I assume that means tweaking delay casts, but I'm wondering if anyone has it for Ichi already.

I don't actually do this (and haven't tested it), but something like this should work:

Again, you are skewing the topic in an effort to take cheap shots for no particular reason other than, I presume, your own amusement.

I came here looking for help - from anyone who *may* be interested - and made it clear that it would be discussed one-on-one to gauge if the interest was in fact there, and if so, what the specifics would be such that everyone benefited. The wonderful aspect of this whole thing that you still seem to keep missing is that no one is under any obligation whatsoever to respond, so it continues to baffle me as to why you are getting so twisted up in knots over the whole thing. If someone does not want to help, great, they don't have to respond. Done. Simple as that.

And the reason I just created this account is because I took a long break from this game to the tune of two years, came back to check out some of the new content, and decided I wanted to finish something I started a long time ago - what I guess is now considered "outdated". I had assumed, apparently incorrectly, that I might find some guidance and/or assistance from people who have been around/active longer than myself, but from the snide/insulting-heavy ratio of responses I've encountered instead, it has only reinforced why I preferred to stay away from forums having anything to do with this game.

I make no apologies for how I write/speak - if that offends or irks you,well, so be it. Also, the "butthurt" comment was especially mature. I appreciate the elevated level of discourse you continue to bring to these forums. Carry on.

A thesaurus and feigned intellectual conversation aside, you
came to a random question thread and asked people to farm you a relic for an undecided compensation. That's asking to basically employ people, which as far as I know means you came here only to ask for people to get you an outdated relic. Considering every single one of your posts on this forum (or at least on this account, since I'm not entirely sure you're not a troll yourself) has been about this and your Feb 2011 join date, my statement was correct.

You came here to ask people to be compensated for farming you a relic. Sorry if you haven't come to terms with it, but I can direct you to a Butthurt support group if you phrase it verbosely for me.

A few years ago people realized that Dynamis was easy and stopped being willing to farm relics for the promise of free AF2 armor. Short of having your friends work for you, I don't think you'll be able to get it done. You missed the boat, and only the most backwards of linkshells still use a funding system.

If you wish to go in search of such linkshells, I recommend Alla.

I am working to complete an Aegis and could benefit immensely from some farming assistance. I am in need of 2-5 people who can help me farm Dynamis San d'Oria. Specifically, I am looking for a BLM and 1-4 DDs.

Have you made any progress on this already? If you're looking to start from scratch then it will be tough. Dynamis is an old event and so many people already have the key pieces of gear for it. Realistically this is where you may need re-evaluate a bit. A lot of shells have moved to payout systems where the profit is split. The best way for you to do this is probably to run /shout dynamis runs or to static with friends/family.

How is your income outside of dynamis? Are you a crafter or sitting on a ton of gil already? Look into making deals with other groups. Do you have a second account or a high level mule which could go to runs on days where your main can't?

I'd be fairly tempted to level a couple of characters/mules and then /shout dynamis 5x a week if I was even considering it.

Right now, Ochain is amazing but they may well boost PLD and Aegis in the future. Until all jobs hit 90, we're going to see different jobs wax and wane in power. Right now PLD is pretty low in comparison to MNK who is having its moment in the sun. WHM is right back up there but there's little interest in RDM etc etc I don't think anyone can talk intelligently about jobs other than in the current set of conditions, most of which will change considerably between 90 and 99.

Anyway, if you're serious about an Aegis and have some currency/gil put aside you could probably do it but Abyssea dominates people's attention now.

I don't know what you're really complaining about. People may not have jumped out of the woodwork to help you farm currency and may have implied some faggery on your end for being at least two years out of date, but you at least got the real response "that doesn't happen anymore" pretty quickly. I guess they could have been nicer to you, but BG seems to have developed an allergic reaction to relic-funding because so many posters realized how long they'd been screwed out of millions of gil when their LSs went to sell/split.

Additionally, probably fewer than 20 people per server visit any given community site these days. Trying to organize events and stuff through community boards is a waste of time.

That's not for the discs, just the updates. To get the discs, you'll either have to purchase it from direct2drive (or whoever sells it the cheapest) or torrent the .iso.

Quick Draw question: Does the Enhances Quick Draw effect from AF3+1/2 feet stack on itself? If you have 2 charges for quickdraw up, fire off 2 fire shots, then a wildfire, would it get an extra 40% boost to wildfire (if using the +2 feet), or does that not stack on itself, leaving you with only +20% (for +2 feet)?

Had trouble using windower on a steam purchase before. is there some trick I am missing?
