No TH does not matter. It only affects how many drops you get, and since he only has 1 drop (either the Deed or the Vice), it's pretty much just random which one decides to load.

Edit:: Unless of course you're popping it without using 3 HQ organs, since an item drop isn't 100% at that point. Then yes TH would matter. But if you're doing triple organ pop, then no.

It is possible but as mentioned above, BLM/BRD gives you E Seal and that helps a ton. Just make sure you have the right staves and MAcc atma.

I see a lot of people doing WHM/BRD in Abyssea, which I assume is for procing threnody staggers. Is it possible to land threnodies as WHM/BRD? What gear/atma/stats would one need to do so? Thanks.

This is similar to when you need to land Kurayami:NI as MNK/NIN. Swap to the correct HQ Staff and pop Ascetics Drink. This will usually bring it up to aruond a 33% chance to land it per cast. Capping the skills of your subjob helps a lot also.

I'm trying to farm KI from gold chests in konschtat. After popping around 20-25 "strong gold light" and "strong ebon light" chests i STILL can't get a giant gold chest to pop. This should be more than enough lights to get those to spawn. Why am I not getting any large gold chests? I was in kons for around 4 hours and nothing. At first i thought the limule just somehow didn't drop giant gold chests, but i went to wivre and still got zero. This isn't the first time it's happened to me either. What's the deal?

your just unlucky, i spent 6hours farming gold chests in konschtat last night and got multiple big ones

Oh.emm.geee. I lol'd so hard xD

You need to be building AMBER lights to get gold chests to drop. All gold does is give you more xp/kill...

fuck I'll admit it, I made the SAME mistake first time I ever tried to farm gold chests....WAT GOLD LIGHT =/= GOLD CHESTS?!?!? mindblown

edit: also goto conflux 2, amber vnm when they're up, then kill saplings when they're not. Saplings do not give ruby.

Does curor cap lower in heroes areas?

Opened 4 silver chests and alternating mobs and I still can't get above 250+ curor per mob, in old areas it's usually around 450+ without any lights at all.

when not using THF knife I generally do Kila+2/twilight's, would a dexkila+2 be better for offhand for pure damage purposes?

also sort of considering daka+2, twasher is not an option. Opinions on daka+2 for THF?

This edit of the Facio Bliaut changed the augments to have "Refresh" +1~2. It's the only thing that differs from the previous edit. Wishful thinking, trolling, or does this actually exist?

Ehh I'm skeptical about that, I've turned in countless trophies for that body personally and have never seen refresh+2, also have never seen it ingame or posted here.
