Not necessarily. It could be a multiplier as well and it would have the same results. In fact, it would make more sense for Ebon to be a multiplier because if it were not, the top tier red boxes would only give Gold, Silver, and Gold+Silver. I somehow doubt that they implement it such that the other three lights suddenly disappear from the radar as they do with pop items.

Same, I remember one time in particular I had 3 amber lights and over the course of my time in the zone I opened what had to be close to ~50 ebon light chests, still rarely got gold boxes and they were never huge.

Edit: Also wasn't there a thread that tested ebon lights? Maybe it was just discussion on it, I'll have to look.

Well, that's a new account, so I guess it's back to testing. I wonder whether it's problematic to test it by capping ruby and pearl lights only. Of course, time would be an issue, but otherwise, I see no qualms. There was a discussion on lights. Kirschy suggested it increased gold and silver only. Someone else suggested multiplication. No further testing ensued. It seems strange that SE would state Ebon to increase all lights if it only increases XP and cruor.

It's gold and silver only. Had 10~ amber with capped ruby, then got around 60+ ebons and we were still not getting big golds outside the random abyssite proc.

He has killed Mythic Blu's with ease supposedly. And I guess his ego is so big he has not lost since he started wasting his time in PvP

This guy uses like PDT scythe and everything. Which when I laughed at it he continued to flip his shit and try to get me to waste my time PvP'ing

I would enter but I just dont want him to have an ego heart attack when he most likely beats me just because I have never participated in PvP in the first place.

hmm that's not actually working completely, not equipping them when I use manawall
