Okay when I launch windower with the normal launcher I get nothing meaning that there is no "Windower enables" or anything like that letting me know windower is up and running.

Now when I launch windower with the windower gui launcher I get this...

A friend almost did it MNK/WAR with Hi-Potions, so I don't see why a DRG/Mage couldnt.

Ah, I was reading testimonies, they were all by people that were 80 though, so I guess the extra 10 levels will make it cake.

unfortunately for sch, you're in the "ugh there's no decent camp" range. general rule of thumb is look up the blm solo guide on otherwiki and go there about two levels later. that looks like castle zvahl baileys until 42. problem is, 42 is when blm gets blizzard 2, which you won't get until 46. so my advice is find a set of mobs that you can do FoV for, that won't beat your face in, and just try and kill EP-EMs, throwing in Ts and the occasional VT when you've got a couple strategems and full sublimation saved up. i just did dnc up to 45, and different mechanics to be sure, but i found east altepa great (page 2, 7 beetles, 3 antican auxillarius (war), 1 antican faber (blm)) and you'll get 830 exp every time you finish a page. between the exp bonus, emperor band and FoV, you'll level up very quickly.

Is hate fucked up on abyssea or Ukko's fury have some hidden -enmity? Every time I fight with my friend WAR Im getting hate easily with much less dmg then him and we are not on top of hate for sure. Like we just fought brulo and I did some 2k WS and he did 4400 and 4000 and one magic fruit and mob was back on me...

Now on Tiger he was solo till 60% I went in did ws for 2k took hate I hasted myself and he did 6K ukko he took ahte then I casted :ichi and took hate...

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can find .dat swaps for the Elemental Staves? I used to have (Mooshy's?) glowing staff dats but can't seem to find the files anywhere. I've also seen people running around with modded Hvergelmirs with the respective elemental beads for each staff.

Any idea where I can find either (or both) of these? Help is much appreciated.

you can also do a dominion on a 90 job, switch to the sch and turn it in on that to get past the crappy levels. It's not super-fast but it's easy.

Perhaps emnity lost due to the fact that he is probably face tanking?

I parsed some atma setups a few months ago, RR/GH fulltime then SQ vs VV vs AO, mainly out of curiosity. (Quick note: Currently use RR/VV/Apoc). This was on Drg. Each setup was over roughly 60 mobs (59, 57, 61 respectively). My Crit rate on Drg was 75% and 78% with VV and AO, and 86% with SQ, so SQ seemed to boost my crit rate by about 10%. My Wyvern's crit rate however stayed the same at 71% accross all 3 parses.

2 Questions:
1) I heard crit rate from atma caps at 50%. So Max should be around 74%. But if this is true then why did adding SQ increase my hit rate (as RR/GH would cap it from atma)?
2) How come even though my crit rate went up by about 10%, my wyvern's didn't increase at all? Do you need to re-summon after changing atmas or something?

Crit rate from atma doesn't cap at 50% as far as I know, there is a 50% hard cap on crit hit dmg increase though

i trio'd it for someone at 90 and we were fight to get ws off not to survive. i would think any kind of healing would be enough to get though it, and iirc you get full hp between waves. 5mobs at the start is prob the hardest part lol. bring a ccb if you get in trouble.

After you do about 6600 damage, hate is capped. After that, the person with hate is determined by who has acted most recently. This is how BLMs can maintain horrible DPS and still occasionally pull hate. In Abyssea with Empyreans, 6600 damage is your opening 10 seconds of the fight, meaning it's all in the second phase of hate-holding. NIN has the advantage because they attack more frequently, thus you hold hate.

Nitpicking, I know, but I'm pretty sure weapons floor is soloable easily by a decently geared BLU. Haven't tried myself, but I can't imagine any reason why it wouldn't be with all they've given BLU recently in regards to slaughtering EP-equivalent mobs.

Yeah, BLU can solo np. I'd imagine DRG/mage could probably do it with a good staff for the piercing-immune floor.

What is a good point to stop stacking ACC for Asuran Fists? I remember hearing 75% acc on certain mobs but like how much acc would you need to do decent damage all around?

(I know EP/DC/EM mobs you don't need as much but just a good amount for hard stuff)

Also at what point would attack > acc in volume?

(meaning if I had the choice between 1 acc and 20 attack at what point would attack outweigh the benefits of acc?)

This is what I'd been lead to believe too, and the parses support it. But people still say it's a 50% crit-from-atma cap.

What Im still interested in is why I went from 75%ish to 85%ish crit upon changing to SQ but my wyvern didn;t go from 71%ish to 81%ish. Does anyone know if you have to resummon pets after getting atma/buffs for them to gain the effects? I most likely called wyvern once after getting atmas then didn't again for the duration, so it could be a possibility.
