i was under the impression that didn't include abyssea. it should say when you log in, and where you bought it.

I vaguely remember an ad saying they added the first abyssea as a bonus early in January as part of some deal. It's entirely possible you might have visions as a bonus. It probably depend son where you buy the copy from. Check steam i think.

There will be no abyssea expansions on the account yet. You will have to buy them through POL.

It would be the same if it was a one hit weapon skill...

WSes get a pretty sizable acc bonus to the first hit, so you don't need to stack nearly as much accuracy on a 1-hit WS. And it's about hitting maximum potential damage; a 3-hit WS like Raging Rush only needs >80% acc to land all 3 hits (hitting the maximum potential) >50% of the time, while Asuran needs >92% acc to land all hits >50% of the time. Yes, missing a hit on RR is a bigger chunk of damage lost than missing a hit of Asuran, and the general goal should be to get acc as high as you can without making any significant sacrifices to attack/WSC for either WS, but Asuran needs a lot more acc to reach a certain level of consistency than other WSes do.

Is there anything perticularly worthwhile for rdm waist slot for idle set? Can't see anything obviously great. Ditto 2nd ear slot if I haven't got that -1%PDT from alex or the refresh wotg earring yet (1st ear is ethreal)

Didnt want to create a new thread for this since it is a random question and all, dunno if its the right section though.

Anyway, I tried to log on ffxi today and got a message that I have no content IDs. I was online yesterday and havent had any odd messages about expiring content IDs (if thats even possible) or that my payment info was bad. No one else has my account info and I have a security token, so it wasnt someone else cancelling my IDs on me. I tried reactivating my content ID just incase and it told me to update my billing info even if nothing was changed. I tried doing this and was told that either the servers are busy or my card number is wrong.

I havent seen any threads about this today but are ffxi servers having some kind of issues atm? Am I the only one who is having this problem?

Seems to be Cataclysm. I think they might be assuming Yama's Staff +2? If so, then it's 2.00 3.00 3.75, otherwise it would be 2.70, 4.00, 5.00 which just doesn't seem right . Maybe someone can confirm?
