So before the servers were taken offline I was pretty low on stones on both characters. When they eventually come back online will the stones accumulate from the time off? I know they do during maintenance and such, but this is a different case obviously.
Stones accumulate from the date and time that you did the first Abyssea CS. A timestamp is a timestamp, whether the machines are shut down or not. This downtime means you will come back to a heck of a lot of stones.

Theres a guy in my LS that constantly has 'No stones and 5 min till time out >.<' whenever someone asks for help. So it should be funny to hear his excuse now.

From what I've read on other forums, DEX and INT seem to have identical benefits, so if a slot can be done with more int than dex, gear int, otherwise, gear dex. With MAB over both, usually. So MAB > {INT|DEX}.
If we talking about Burst Affinity (and we should since you always use Charged with BA during cleave) then 1int = 1dex is far from true.
1dex = 4.5*1*0.85*0.5*2 = ~3.8
1int = 1*2 = 2

Loki's will also definitely win with set bonus proc so I would left it on just for this probably :D
Testing showed Teal Legs > AF3+2 legs. I assume it also applies to the body and possibly the back (Hecates) as well.
I sit corrected! Just as an aside, would maat's be better than aias? Losing 1 dex, but adding 7 int. It seems like it should, but for some reason in the charged whisker posts I've been reading, which are obviously now considered suspect, maat's is never mentioned.

My testing showed that Loki's is superior to teal body by a lot (was doing about 5680 with teal and about 5740 with loki's) but this test was done with very poor method so I need to retest it but by pure math they are VERY close. I have no idea about avg INT of avg cleave mob but lets say its 70? I only have ss with my blu base stats with /nin and its 71 int 76 dex so i assume /rdm is about 71 int and 73dex. Going with that:
Dex with setup I posted (w/o legs slot)
73+54(equip)+40(cruor)+lets say 13 from spells=180
Int =71+10+40= 131
dex before multiplier but after BA = 180*0.5*0.85*2 = 153
dINT = 131-70=61
MAB(with avg for artemis 6MAB)= 31(equip)+25(tonic)+24(/rdm)+50(ultimate)=130
((92+153)*4.5+61*2)*2.3=~2815 - thats for set i posted w/o legs
With af3+2:
((92+159)*4.5+61*2)*2.3=~2877
With teal legs:
((92+153)*4.5+66*2)*2.33=~2876
Like I said very close and I prefer af3+2 because of +1%chance for set proc and they will also win while set proc.
It's good to point out that with more mab in other slot (like morri body in this set instead of loki's) teal legs will give less then with dex in other slot, so set I just calculated favors teal legs. Its also good to point out that on mithra with higher dex teal slops might be ahead of this 0.03%. Lets see body now.

177*0.5*0.85*2= 150
W/o body
((92+150)*4.5+61*2)*2.3=2785
With loki's
((92+159)*4.5+61*2)*2.3=~2877
With Morri

So Morri should slightly win but Teal should lose. Difference is also so small that I would rather lose that 20 dmg from some 5800 (those numbers are before elemental staff and elemental atmas bonueses) and have fun with higher spikes on set bonus proc

So best set would be nifty+morri body+af3legs but they are all so close that even race can change which is slightly better or zone bous for example.

nifty,loki,af3+2:
((92+185)*4.5+91*2)*2.3=~3285

And yes Maat's cap is better but I still need 3 jobs for it so I keep forgetting about it.
Unless there is a randomizer for BLU magic spells (And there isn't), this is one area where math won't outdo empirical data. I tested INT v DEX using Spiral/Rajas and found Rajas to win. Curious, I tested Teal Slops v AF3+2 legs and found Teal to win. These tests were done on the *same* mob using Lion+Blinding Horn+Minikins+Sub RDM+Memento Mori+BA.
Edit: Different atmas is probably what is skewing the damage.
Yes exactly 3 Mab with only 85 mab is 3.5% increase and 3mab with 140mab (50ultimate 5 more from tonic over memento mori) is only 2.1% increace.
Anyway those numbers I posted are very close to real numbers and like I said they all are very close to each other and Im using af3+2 legs,nifty,loki's just because with so small differences set bonus proc make it win for me.
