Why can't I hold all these lombardis XD
I have a hard time feeling bad for owners who claim they aren't making enough money when they wont open up the books to prove it. But I also have a seriously hard time feeling bad for any NFL player when the league minimum is at least 7x more than the salary of the majority of people. Aw you're worried you won't have health insurance the rest of your life and you have to work an extra 2 weeks a year? Put aside one years salary and you, your family, and your entire entourage will be set for life. Quit spending money like MC Hammer and get an accountant.
God damn greedy bastards. All of them.
EDIT: Drunk and angry. There better be footballs next year.
god knows why the nflpa logo's still on that box
Bring up a good point. Are they gonna be allowed to use real players names if this thing drags out?
EA Sports put out a tweet that they should still have real rosters in 12

Still fun to think that Madden will be the ONLY thing with the NFL logo on people's TVs this year.
April 6th - 1st day of court hearings

Proposed changes in front of Comp. Committee
1.All scoring plays will automatically be reviewed, no challenge necessary.
2.Kickoffs will be moved to the 35-yard line from the 30-yard line, and a touchback will give the receiving team the ball at the 25-yard line.
3.The 2-man wedge will also be made illegal on kickoff returns, and players on the kicking team must line up between the 30- and 35-yard line.
4.The Defenseless Player rule will be rewritten, and players will be suspended for illegal hits on defenseless players.
Welp, Cowboys Bueler is completely useless now.
Just the NFL acknowledging that kickers in general are useless. Just make touchdowns an automatic 7 point play and call delay of game penalties on any teams that try 40+ yard field goals.
That is the most retarded change, how does that even make sense? Oh hey we are in a pass happy era where every time you turn around teams are scoring obscure amount of points. And now you want to make kick offs challenging (ok) but then punish a kicker with a strong enough leg to make it into the endzone by bumping up the touchback position/
My point is, it's not difficult to score, why are you making it harder on the defenses and essentially downsizing an aspect of the game (kicking, like correction said) by punishing you for being good and making it more difficult.
I'm just mocking you for using the word "obscure" when you mean "obscene".
Yeah that was my bad. For some reason I mistook 35 yard line as the 25 yard line, backing up the kickoff place. That makes more sense then. Even moreso then, those stats are going to be skewed (as far as touchbacks). I guess it's taking more of a punting stance where you aim for inside the 5 like you said, rather than going for touchbacks.
