    Powerline internet two adapters transmitting.

In my home we are using powerline internet to get a connection down stairs but recently we have not been able to get anything to access the internet that's running on the adapter (Everything else that's running over wireless or Ethernet is working perfect) its just the things that are trying to connect over the adapter.

Now we had it working for some time but then we got dish network and they came in and plugged in their own adapter for their boxes that support sling play. So I'm curious if the two are interfering with each other or if they should run together with no problem.

Id assume thats the issue. You can always try taking out their adapter and see what happens, then plug it back in.
Ive never used the powerline tech, it just seems unstable, slow, and easily interfered with, so im not totally sure how to diagnose it. Youd probably be better off just drilling a small hole in the floor and putting an ethernet cable through it, or hell, just send it down a air duct.

only thing I know about these is they don't work if plugged into a ups or a surge protector, so make sure they're plugged directly into the wall.
