Was skilling club on steelshells with martial master active. I wasn't getting skills any faster than normal, at all. If anything it felt slower than usual considering my skill was 185 and my accuracy was pretty damn high, in capped haste.

Disappointing.

Are you using some 3rd party tools? I know there was a program a while ago called "Morph" that if you morphed into another race/Unique NPC it would cause gear to be locked out.

Yeah, that's the gear bug I was talking about.

Seems to stop happening to me if I unequip a piece an visable gear and then re-equip.

EDIT: It was changing me to that Hume Male model as well.

Just levelled up on BLU and was getting skillups on an EP mob (was capped before I levelled) so that at least is a nice concession.

yep mithra, it fixes when I unequip something that makes me blink, but when I change into my WS set it sets me back t omale hume and I lose my access to weaponskills augh this is fucking frustrating -_- all I want to do is kill tammuz and then go out for the night, fml

Unless there's some sort of trick to activate the boost, Healing and Enhancing skills weren't changed at all (except that the random skill up is higher).
I've tried on me and others with no results. I haven't tried engaging DC+ monsters in battle but I don't see how that's supposed to help.

Maybe you need signet/sanction up?

Didn't they say spells you cast on yourself or other players would see a large boost in skillup speed? I've been casting barspells since the servers came up and not a single skillup and I'm like 50 behind cap.

Further, players will find that actions targeting themselves or party members will raise the corresponding skill at a faster rate. Once these changes come into effect, players can expect larger figures to accompany each rise in skill

'Larger figures' seemed like it meant that I'd be getting like 0.8's and shit and 'faster rate' meant like 1/10 casts instead of 1/200

Friend killed a T Goblin in Beauc and recieved 250 exp, I'm thinking the guy who reported might have killed a High-T or VT Goblin and got the normal (200exp, Double 400exp) used his ring with 50% Exp boost and killed a T one and got the expected 375.

Seems too coincidental, the guy reporting on Ala is probably a idiot.

Funny thing about the person changing into a hume male. I activated plasticsurgeon and the person I was skilling with was the one turned into a hume male... lol.

Also, As for the whole "I CHANGE RACE" shit, i took this off FFXIAH

I only have seen that problem (male hume, blond, weird armor when I was supposed to see a blu elvaan) with blinkmenot active, if you have that up. Unloading it seemed to fix it for me.

You guys using "Blinkmenot" it might be your issues source.

:s nope I don't use plastic surgeon / morph, I double checked to make sure wardrobe was off o_o nothing is on that lets me change myself and.. I didn't think it was possible for others to change.
