Got my midnight tickets, so excite!
Got my trilogy ticket :O
Normal ones though, will probably go see it in Imax a week later lol
Yeah I saw tickets are out for Trilogy but only for normal and it's $20ish. Which is basically a full ticket for Dark Knight rises and 2 half tickets for the other two. I was expecting it to be $20 for Imax tickets for Trilogy but I guess they arn't showing the Trilogy in the Imax which sucks.
On the fence about going to the Trilogy, if it was Imax it would be 100% there, but normal screen....for 8hrs or so is eh, I can just watch the other two at home, piss freely when I pause and then only pay $12 to see Rises.
The IMAX trilogy tickets are $40. They just said they are still negotiating to figure out which places will be showing it in imax.
Will be getting my IMAX tickets this weekend. Can't wait!

There's a chance Nolan manages to wring something interesting out of him, but I sure wish there was a better main villain for his last Batman movie. Bane is just awful, and I can't see how he translates to a motion picture.
Wasn't Bane as a villain discussed months and months ago ad nauseum? I thought people were sold on it by now.
Yup, at which point people who had read Knightfall told people who hadn't (like me) to go read it and see why Bane is a great villain for Batman.
I still haven't read Knightfall, I just have faith in Nolan after all the amazing movies he's come out with.
Knightfall basically spells out how super intelligent Bane actually is, which is scary in his body to say the least. If Nolan incorporates that, it's going to be amazing.
Which is why he's such a retarded villain. He's a super-genius who's supremely educated in every scientific discipline. He's 900 pounds of pure muscle with flawless technique in his own personal martial art which is superior to all others in every way. He's every super hero/villain created by every 8 year old in history.
Well, it's not to say he has no weaknesses. The comics do a good job of portraying that he has a massive ego and how that has come back around to ruin his plans. A great example is how he didn't kill Batman when he defeated him. For all his planning to weaken Batman to prove he was stronger than him and rule Gotham, his ego kept Batman alive (because he wanted him as a pet, wasn't it?) which has definitely come back to hurt him in the future. If the movie has Bane defeat him and throw him in that prison we keep seeing, I imagine it will be something similar.
your face is weak trolling, bro
It's not trolling if it's true. Bane is a terrible villain and he still looks awful in still images from the movie. I'm about the biggest Christopher Nolan fan on the planet, but I don't see how this movie holds up.
