Nevermind I think I was getting actors confused, I have to learn to read moar harderly anyways.

I was thinking Gary Coleman for some reason. Quite the stretch of confusion.

Clayface would be cool, but I just think that Scarface would be more of a realistic option.

I agree. With the universe Nolan has Batman in, Scarface would be more realistic to do since it's just a schizo with a puppet.

During a recent interview for his new sci-fi action film, "Battle: Los Angeles," Aaron Eckhart hinted at a surprise-return to his character, Harvey Dent, aka Two-Face in Christopher Nolan's upcoming sequel, "The Dark Knight Rises."

This would be a shock to must fans who by now are well aware of Harvey Dent's outcome in 2008's "The Dark Knight."

Getting hard information from any of the major players in "The Dark Knight Returns," from director Christopher Nolan to the actors involved, has not been easy.

Earlier this week in an interview with MTV, Gary Oldman, who plays Jim Gordon in "Batman Begins" and "The Dark Knight," said he hadn't yet seen a script but knew the story was great.

What are people so sure about when it comes to Harvey Dent? We didn't see a casket when Gorden was giving his speech. They could have faked his death and put him in Arkham.

Pretty sure Ekhart said in an interview when asked about Two Face that he asked Nolan on the set about his outcome and Nolan told him the character was dead at the end of TDK.

i guess a flashback scene wouldn't be out-of-order as far as a guest appearance, but i doubt he'd have any serious screentime either way.

Gordon + Batman wanted to cover up Harveys death at the end of TDK sending Batman into a fugitive status. If TDKR will deal with Batmans redemption in the eye of the public maybe what really happen to Harvey will be revealed? This could call for some kind of a flashback.

“Harvey Dent is dead,” confirms Eckhart for the umpteenth time. But when asked if he had any involvement in the next film, he replied, “How can I possibly answer that question? That would be career suicide.” When asked if he’s had conversations with Christopher Nolan about the next film, he re-iterated, “I won’t say that, but I will say Harvey Dent is dead.”

If we had to guess, we’d say the character’s legacy might be mentioned but the actor himself won’t be in the film. And while fresh word keeps cropping up about Eckhart having a possible cameo, everyone seems to forget that back in December the actor revealed that Nolan told him directly he wouldn’t be featured in the film.

How many people are they going to put in this? The cast list is starting to get a bit long.

I don't follow the comics, but does Gordon have a daughter?
