Looks like Rami's Spiderman.. posterfail!
Rumors going around that JGL is basically the Azrael character from the books and eventually takes over as Batman when Bruce gets fucking owned by Bane
They've been going around since his character was announced. We'll just have to wait and see, but I don't think it'll be as simple as that.
Nolan just give me Batman Beyond! D:
Need a 5760x1080 version of this asap >_<
Spoiler: show
DESHI DESHI BASARA BASARA!

My only regret is that I'll probably be seeing this alone. The girlfriend, along with one of her friends, dislike the Nolanverse Batman since they feel that the movies spend way too much time beating you over the head that this is a darker, more serious universe than previous films. I tried explaining that the other films were abominations despite Batman and Robin still being good for hearing Arnie spout off a constant stream of cold jokes/puns for two hours.
Loved the first one. Disliked the second one. And I from what I've seen I'm thinking I'm really going to like this one. Can't wait for it D;
That's actually the opposite of how I feel lol. Wasn't huge on the first one, so I didn't even see the second one till a year or so after it came out, but absolutely loved it. I think my favorite part (besides Joker being fucking amazing) was that it was like a 90 minute origin story for 2face. I wasn't even a 2face fan until after waching that movie, but it made him so much more interesting to me.
The early joker scenes were great but they got worse as it went on in my opinion. It felt drug out. It took about 30 minutes longer than I expected.
Thinking about it again, now that I'm not concentrating on the fact that TDK was Heath Ledger's tragic swan song, I do feel the BB was the stronger of the films.
My favorite scene with him was actually when he was talking to Dent in the hospital. That dog chasing a car line was my favorite in the movie.
I actually didn't even care that Ledger died (as far as changing my opinion of the movie). I was pissed though that he wouldn't be able to be in a sequel though, same reason I'd be pissed if Robert Downey Jr dies before they finish making Iron Man/avenger movies.
I don't understand some of you people. Batman Begins was a great movie. But the Dark Knight was on another level entirely. It was never boring and it was fast paced from start to finish with very little lulls in the middle.
Yeah this is pretty much how I feel. Batman Begins was B to A Tier with TDK being God Tier.
This movie has WAAAAY too much hype that I doubt it'll live up to. I just hope it's about as good as the first. Critics that saw the early screening gave it a standing ovation so that's a good sign.
I'm just a really big fan of Batman: Year One and seeing Wayne develop into Batman again kinda resonated with me. I'll admit it. I'm biased.
I didn't hate TDK, but I stand behind the horrible pacing of the film, and agree that if it was 30 minutes shorter, I might have an entirely different opinion.
Then again, I think I suffered from over-hype. I didn't see it until a month or two after release, with EVERYONE telling me it was the greatest movie ever made, so my expectations were unrealistic.
To each his own. But I'm glad it wasn't shorter, left room for more awesomeness. A long movie is only a drag if the actual content is bad, but that wasn't the case for this as far as I'm concerned.
