Texas to me has Champ written all over it.
And I think we won't see a Big East team in the Final Four. Syracuse or St Johns will make it the farthest.
Vandy will have trouble in their opening round, and Florida is (IMHO) a good 3 seeds overrated, but shouldnt have problems.
UGA vs UNC second round if both get through. I would love that game if nothing more than a legit barometer of how far Fox really has taken us.

I've thought Texas had suck written all over them for half the season. I like OSU to win, and probably 1 BE team in the final four. I don't like Syracuse. I don't like notre dame. UCONN is going to have a down game, they're due. I guess Pitt is the likely choice, although I don't really like them either. I guess I've just seen so much big east, I've seen all their flaws. UL, I think, is 5-2 against those 4 teams, and beating them all at least once. I don't like UL gettng through Kansas.

I was reaaaally iffy about Uconn, and when you mentioned they'll have a down game I absolutely agree. They are good, but not -that- good.
My sleeper is going to be Oakland going a few rounds though. I have this inkling about it! (They'll lose to Duke ofc)

I remember there was this site that has a java applet that would use sagarin ratings to figure out the max amount of points you can get based on the pickem settings... You can customize it by predetermine your winner, etc.
Anybody remember what that site was? ;o
Edit: I remembered. it's poologic.

I said "fuck it, why not" way more than usual while filling out my bracket, so I will either crash hard or look like a genius.
I usually pick somewhat of a dark horse if there isn't a clear favorite in my mind, so if they win, I win.

Yeah one half my bracket is almost all chalk, the other half has a lot of upsets.
Ohio State, Duke, Notre Dame, Pitt has final four, and I'm not comfortable in this at all.

Oakland was my pick for Cinderella all year, but I don't have the balls to pick them over Texas. Texas has a lot of bigs to shut down Benson. Originally Posted by Arvin

Can't believe there's no love for SDSU. They're one of the more athletic teams in the whole tourney, front line are rebounding machines, play hard annoying defense, have a coach with plenty of tourney experience and know how to deal with teams that feature one man wrecking crews. SDSU was going to crush BYU with or without Davies in the conference tourney. I'm not saying they're going to win the tourney, but they could and it wouldn't surprise me.
