Yeah I can't see myself going to this either. I rarely do go to the movies, but I did see 300 at release and was thoroughly happy I did. Not excited for this one at all.

I just got back in from this. If you like the original I see no reasons you wouldn't enjoy this one. Eva Green is a much better villain than Xerxes ever was. I really wish she was in more stuff. She always kills it.

Honestly it's a lot of the same kind of stuff, but the naval battles were really good and the score was pretty good too, though the main theme sounded like something I've heard before just can't put my finger on it.

Plus, Eva Green tits. Always a plus. I swear she must have a nudity clause that she DOES nudity no matter what she is in.

Would watch again.

Just got back, worth my $14.

I saw 3D, there was one genuine flinch moment when a spear came right the fuck at me.

Would not pay for 3D again.

I saw this movie on Friday. It was exactly what I thought it was going to be, nothing ground breaking but definitely entertaining. I thought it was worth the $6.75 for the 2D matinee. I would've watched it in 3D if the showing wasn't 5 hours later than the one I went to.
