seriously, I just don't get it. It's like they forget people actually have friends and family irl.

we have two ps3s just because we wanted to play together, but it's hard to get it to work right because they don't want to share the IPs.

Makes Res5 the best game ever for the ps3.

... and yeah. Lack of local co-op is a huge disappointment to me in a majority of games these days. I don't play many FPS and the like, but the last time I had a lot of fun with one was Gears of War because of the well-thought-out local co-op mode.

my understanding is that local co-op means a drop in quality because its basically running two instances of the game, or at least that's the reasoning I've heard, but it's definitely annoying since my brother and I would co-op the hell out of most games

I think it's just time wasted as far as they're concerned, I can't imagine quality would go down too much.

I'll guarantee no one was thinking about black men getting lynched and hanged when the decision was made to change the logo.
It's the fact that there is a person at all being hanged. Hell. publishers change covers for almost no reason at all most the time.

Yea, I can't say I care about the logo change either now that I've thought about it. What the hell does a hanging zombie have to do with anything, other than being an homage to the scene from Night of the Living Dead where they're shooting the ones hanging from a tree?
