Just beat Nightfall on the first attempt. It was a lot easier than I thought. My friend got the exotic invisible sniper while i got 12 shards and the other guy got a legendary machine gun. Sooooooo jelly lol. That sniper is so freaking sick!

I've tried that. I had several people go sit in the cave as protest or something. I just leave and go back.

Was doing Moon helium farm for leg upgrades. Right before the end of the loop, there is a section with an elite Vandal and a Servitor inside a room; if you backtrack a bit, you'll see a two-room "module" that has several mobs on top of it typically. A chest spawned in the left module room on the top shelf. I wish I had made a video of this; it is IMPOSSIBLE to open this chest. I wasted like 10 minutes leaping/crouching/leaping on shelf/leapcrouching/angling all over the fucking place. It was so stupid and worth nothing, but drove me bananas. Finally said fuck it, cleared the Servitor room, found myself wandering back to it, spent another 5 minutes leaphopcrouchshitfucking before logging for the night. If anyone else finds this chest, run away.

Kinda did my own relic iron farm near the initial patrol spawn...got 1 chest with a blue engram + 12 irons, now just got 1 with a blue, purple, and 8 irons!

Blerg..... Someone told me that dismantling legendary gear gives you ascendant mats. Had capped money so thought I'd see if I could turn it into faction capes for mats. Disappointingly, it does not work..
