Blerg..... Someone told me that dismantling legendary gear gives you ascendant mats. Had capped money so thought I'd see if I could turn it into faction capes for mats. Disappointingly, it does not work..

I got two Energies for dismantling The Chance. Maybe the class items don't count?

I think it's probably just the faction ones since you can buy them and they don't want people getting them so easily. With cap money, you could buy ten, and even if it's only one, that'd be a pretty easy way to level.

For most people I've talked to, shards are definitely the bottleneck.

Also, if you are afk and a public event or clan battle starts, you will die.

Learn to AFK better.

The loot cave safe spot is as follows, enter the ship to the left, go all the way down past the mobs, enter the room to the right. You don't have to join any parties, you get credit for all the kills, and as long as you don't get kicked, you can come up whenever you feel like you need loot.

Someone asked earlier about getting 3 coins for doing the heroic on 22 after doing 28. its 3 coins for each level and if you do 28 you get 9 so no you cant.

juju's strikes looks like it will be annoying but easy. just run level 8 devils lair.

Think low-level Summoning Pits would be faster since you can skip like half the enemies and there's only one boss.

We should set up a Crucible Bounty daily run. Sometimes people are too annoying to get some of these

yeah that could work also, its probably easier to find 2 randoms for devils lair and them not to suck, minimal wizards

Blerg.. getting so tired... but the thought of never having to use a fusion rifle in the Crucible is pushing me.... And the fact that it's just over an hour till Xur.

I'm madly inlove with the Comedian for the Crucible. Close quarters combat with it is amazing

Xur's back, over by the big door north of the Speaker this time. His gear is:
Helm of Inmost Light (Titan Helm)
Lucky Raspberry (Hunter Armor)
Sunbreakers (Warlock Gauntlets -- this is what he had last week, no?)
Gjallarhorn (Solar Rocket Launcher -- holy cool perks on it, btw)
Exotic Engram

And he lets you trade glimmer, spinmetal, and spirit bloom for coins. I bought the first two, and the third vanished.

Personally, Gjallarhorn is great, but the Lucky Raspberry is another Bladedancer piece (improves arcbolt grenades). Kinda disappointed, tbh.. Guess I'll wait till Saturday to see if he actually changes!
