Anyway he was at the earth loot cavern and stayed too close so mobs wern't poping fast enough, me and another guy tried to melee attack him to show he needs to go back. Until i receive a party chat inv from him that ijoined (big mistake)

If you do story, it will take you maybe 12 hours to hit 20

Def does matter in the crucible. Maybe not a lot, but it matters a bit. I've done some testing with my legenadary shotgun. Low level people I one shot, high level people I do about 97% dmg. Most if not all shots were done to the chest area for consistent dmg.

I gave up on armor for my Titan after getting 1 shot for the billionth time. There's too many insta-gibs to care about taking slightly less damage, IMO.

I haven't even touched defender yet though so maybe its better with shields.
