Is anyone else getting kind of sick of this game already? It's so damn repetitive and there really isn't a lot of variety to it, be it in PVE or PVP

I think the weapons are fine.. Shotguns feel just like a Halo shotgun, so no complaints there. Like Obsidian said, they're close range weapons, so they're not exactly an OP weapon that just lets you cut through everyone and everything. Should they nerf sniper rifles too because you can one-shot things?

Not in the least. Have you done the raid at all? Honestly, the raid has so much variety to it, it's kinda disappointing that Bungie didn't incorporate more of that outside of it (namely during the story).

Excited for the Queen's stuff this week (starts Tuesday, right?).

Yeah but I got nothing really better to do besides backlog. I'm not at the least surprised at the game getting 6 and 7's scores.

I dont think the end game was thought out at all. Ive been 22 for about 6 days because I can't get a better drop. Its RNG ontop of RNG ontop of RNG. Not to mention its D3 1.0 stupid loot system w/ makes it even worse. All of that stuff turns me off and makes it just seem like amateurs designed the game and didn't take any que's from other games out there.

Lets not forget that rep grind that is more crazy than anything out there lol

@Katlan: Rep grinding isn't really that hard at all especially if you have a fireteam to combine help on the patrols and all that. There's guides to make practically everything easier minus crucible rep.

As for being stuck at 22.. did you not cap vanguard marks or anything and buy legendaries that way? not have enough strange coins for an exotic this week? that stuff truly takes like..no effort to get at least to 24-25ish IMO.

Though I'm still not defending that the game really doesn't have nearly as much to offer as everyone hoped. Here's hoping as MMOs gain content, this one does too (even if it's not a real MMO)

Do all of the bounties you can (I skip the annoying ones), daily/weekly missions, and a public event every day. I didn't get a single legendary piece that wasn't a class item until after I was already fully outfitted with legendary/exotic through buying with crucible/vanguard marks and strange coins.

Dumb.

In spite of some of its issues (which pretty much all tie into it being a pulse rifle), this weapon is a monster for any form of farming. I did a loot cave run earlier and when everyone went to go in to refresh ammo, I was still at max capacity.

Same story for the daily Heroic, I could blow thru an entire pack of mobs without ever dropping the sights or pausing to reload.

Do your daily bounties every day and I'd say even try to farm some earth patrols; mostly the 'kill all things', the 'collect things' (which is basically kill all things) and the boss ones. That rep can add up quick.
